11 year old girl suffering from brain tumor was made collector for a day in Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad: Flora Asodia, an 11-year-old girl suffering from brain tumour, was made a collector for a day in Ahmedabad on Saturday as she always dreamed of becoming a collector.

Ahmedabad Collector Sandeep Sangle said, “Flora hails from Gandhinagar and is suffering from brain tumor. She underwent surgery last month and her condition worsened. We got a message from Make-A-Wish Foundation that the girl wants to become a collector. ” ANI.

After receiving the request, the collector said that he contacted the girl’s family and requested them to fulfill her dream.

“We requested Flora’s parents to make her a collector for a day, but they were reluctant as her condition deteriorated after the surgery, but eventually we were able to persuade them,” he said.

Along with this, the collector has also celebrated his birthday on the same day on 25 September.

Showering his blessings on her, he said, “I wish she gets well soon and works hard to fulfill her dream. I also thank all those who helped her fulfill her dream today.” “

Meanwhile, Flora’s father Apoorva Asodia tells everyone about her life. He said, “Currently Flora is studying in class VII and is suffering from brain tumor for the last seven months. She loves listening to Neha Kakkar’s songs and always wanted to be an IS officer or collector.

“Before she was diagnosed with a brain tumor, she was very good at studies. Today, Sandeep Sir of Make-A-Wish Foundation helped my daughter become a collector. It was a great pleasure for me and I could fulfill her dream. Thank you all for doing this,” her father said.

Welcoming him at the Collectorate Officer Flora, he received many gifts from all the people present there.
