New Delhi: Veteran actress-turned-politician Kirron Kher has resumed work after suffering from multiple myeloma – a form of blood cancer. She recently shared pictures from virtually starting work on Instagram and her fans, including her husband Anupam Kher, couldn’t be happier.

Earlier, when fans inquired from Anupam Kher about his wife’s health, the veteran actor revealed in a video, “Kiron is improving. He is better but multiple myeloma medicines have many side effects. She is in good spirits and hopefully she will come out.” With the blessings of his well-wishers, everything will be fine.”
For the uninformed, after reports surfaced about Kirron Kher’s cancer husband Anupam Kher took to social media and confirmed the news.
He took to social media and wrote in a note that ‘Kiron has multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. The undersigned note of husband Anupam Kher and son Sikandar assured fans that Kirron Kher will be back soon.
The veteran actress was first seen in 1983 in a Punjabi film Aasara Pyaar Da. She then went on to act in Pestonji, which was released in 1988. She acted in many hit movies like Sardari Begum, Devdas, Khamosh Pani, Hum-Tum, Veer Zara, Rang De Basanti, Khoobsurat.
Kirron Kher and Anupam Kher got married in 1985.
