The Meteorological Department said that Kelang and Kalpa continued to shiver at sub-zero temperatures in Himachal Pradesh on Thursday.
Director of the Meteorological Center, Shimla, Manmohan Singh said that Keylong, the administrative center of tribal Lahaul and Spiti, recorded a temperature of minus 10.9 degrees Celsius.
He said that the temperature of Kalpa was recorded at minus 0.6 degree Celsius.
Manali, Dalhousie and Kufri recorded minimum temperatures of 1, 7.6 and 8.1 degrees Celsius respectively.
6.1 degrees Celsius was recorded in Shimla, Mr. Singh said.
Meanwhile, Solan recorded the highest temperature at 21 degrees Celsius in the state.
The weather center has predicted dry weather in the state till 20 January.
