Myth: One has to be flexible to do yoga
It is not only asanas but yoga as a way of life that will help one to become flexible not only physically but also mentally and emotionally.
Myth: Yoga is only for fit or young people
Yoga is open to all age groups. There is no age restriction for attaining ‘Praman’ or correct knowledge.
