IAF’s prompt action in eastern Ladakh to deal with preparedness: Chief Marshal VR Choudhary

Hindon (Uttar Pradesh): The Indian Air Force’s rapid response to incidents in eastern Ladakh last year was a testament to the force’s combat readiness, Air Chief Marshal VR Choudhary said on Friday.

Addressing the air warriors on the occasion of 89th Air Force Day, the Air Force Chief also said that the IAF should show the nation that outside forces will not be allowed to violate its territory.

“As our challenges continue to grow, so does our resolve to ensure the best possible application of our strength and air power. When I look at the security landscape we face today, I am completely I am conscious that I have assumed command at a crucial time, he said at an event at Hindon airbase on the outskirts of Delhi.

He said, “We must show the nation that outside forces will not be allowed to violate our territory. I pledge to do whatever I can to provide you with clear direction, good leadership and best resources.” Am.”

Air Chief Marshal Chaudhry said the past year was “very challenging but extremely rewarding”.

“The prompt action in response to developments in Eastern Ladakh was a testament to the combat readiness of the Indian Air Force. Our efforts to complete all COVID-related tasks was also a major achievement in support of the national effort,” he said.

The air force chief said the security environment in the region and beyond has been “affected by a complex interplay of geopolitical forces”.

“In addition, the advent of new domains over and above the traditional domains of land, sea and air has resulted in a paradigm shift in the way military operations are conducted,” he said.

Air Chief Marshal Chowdhury said the ongoing capability enhancement in the Indian Air Force is aimed at providing the optimum means for employing air power and achieving the desired results “rapidly and decisively”.

“I will continue to rely on your skill, courage, determination and hard work in the years to come. Remember that it is our sacred duty to protect the sovereignty and integrity of the country at any cost and you must do whatever it takes to ensure Have to do that.
