Jaiswal alleged that the vehicle was attacked with bamboo sticks, bricks and stones by the evil elements in protest against the farmers, injuring the driver Hariom and stopping the car on the roadside.

According to the FIR, he claimed that he later learned through social media that Hari Om and Shubham Mishra had been murdered, while “two other unidentified” BJP workers were also killed.
