Malaika Arora remembers when her ‘tears couldn’t stop’, pen note on mental health struggle

New Delhi: Bollywood actress Malaika Arora opened up on her mental health struggle in a recent Instagram post world mental health day 2021 which is on Sunday (October 10).

She described how she would cry uncontrollably during her first few yoga classes, when she realized she wasn’t bulletproof or emotion-proof.

In a motivational message, she said that she was able to survive her inner storm.

She wrote, “Tomorrow October 10th is World Mental Health Day: Here’s a little confession. I thought I was bulletproof until it made me think I was emotion proof. My brain started playing games with me.” Gave what I didn’t know. I survived because of yoga. My breaking point came one day when I was in my first few yoga classes and my tears couldn’t stop. I saved myself from my inner storm. I never bullet myself I would say no to proof because none of us are. Malaika is mainly into fitness and yoga. The glamor girl runs a yoga studio by the name of Diva Yoga Center and often urges people to do yoga or hit the gym to keep the body, mind and spirit in balance.
