Not easy for Shah Rukh, Gauri: Shekhar Suman on Aryan Khan’s drug case

Mumbai: Actor Shekhar Suman has come out in support of Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan after their son Aryan Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) at an alleged drugs party on a cruise ship on the night of October 2.

Taking to his (unverified) Twitter handle, Shekhar wrote, “My heart goes out to Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan. As a parent, I can totally understand what they are going through. Parents- It is not easy for a father to go through this kind of pain. And no matter what happens.”

He also recalled how Shah Rukh had personally visited him after the death of his 11-year-old son.

“When I lost my eldest son Aayush at the age of 11, Shah Rukh Khan was the only actor who personally came to me during the shoot in Film City, hugged me and offered his condolences. I am very happy to know that Sad what he must be doing. As a father,” Shekhar said.

According to the NCB, Aryan, along with others, has been charged under sections 8C, 20B, 27 (punishment for consumption of any narcotic drug or psychotropic substance) and 35 (presumption of unsound mental state) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS). A case has been registered under Work).

Aryan and seven others were sent to judicial custody for 14 days by a magistrate court in Mumbai on Thursday. On Friday, a Mumbai court rejected his bail plea.
