Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the “Azadi@75 – New Urban India: Transforming Urban Landscape” conference-cum-expo in Lucknow on Tuesday and launch several development projects.

It said that all states and union territories will participate in the program, which will help in sharing of experience, commitment and direction for further action.
PM Modi’s visit to the election state comes amid tense situation following the violence in Lakhimpur Kheri, in which eight people were killed.
