T20 World Cup, India vs Pakistan: Shahid Afridi spoke to the team

Former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi has given his opinion on the blockbuster India-Pakistan will clash in the upcoming T20 World Cup, which is scheduled to take place on October 24 at the Dubai International Stadium. Speaking on his official YouTube channel, Afridi revealed that the team which handles the pressure better that day, will have more chances to win the match. According to the former T20 World Cup winner, the team with the least number of mistakes will have the upper hand in the fixture.

Afridi said, “Look, India vs Pakistan is always a high-pressure game. And whichever team handles the pressure better, it wins. Also, whichever team makes the smallest mistake, its Chances of winning are better.”

India and Pakistan will face off in Dubai later this month. Both the teams announced a strong squad for the T20 World Cup.

In the latest change, Pakistan brought back veteran batsman Shoaib Malik in their team. Malik replaces top-order batsman Sohaib Maqsood, who was ruled out of the marquee tournament due to a back problem.

India, on the other hand, have not yet made any changes in their current T20 World Cup squad.


According to the PTI report, Jammu and Kashmir fast bowler Umran Malik has been asked to join the Indian team as a net bowler for the T20 World Cup..

Umran impressed everyone with a stellar start for SRH this season as he bowled with pace and intent on dry surfaces in the UAE.
