Three out of four siblings died after a truck collided with a roadside house in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh.

Damoh: Two teenage brothers, their minor sister and another person died in a truck collision at a roadside house in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh. The police gave this information on Saturday.

Damoh SP DR Teniwar said that the incident took place on Friday night at around 11 pm in Ajni Taparia village on Batiyagarh-Hatta road when the family members were sleeping in their kutcha house on the roadside.

“After the accident, the injured were taken to the hospital, where Akash Ahirwar (18), his 14-year-old brother Onkar and 16-year-old sister Manisha died, while their parents are undergoing treatment at the district hospital.” he said.

Another person, identified as Purushottam Sahu, who was traveling in the truck after taking the lift, also died in the accident, he said. The SP said that the driver of the truck fled from the spot after the accident and a search has been started for him.
