Another instance of clashes between farmers and police was witnessed in Haryana as police used water cannons to disperse protesters ahead of Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala’s program in Jhajjar.
In a video shared by news agency ANI, protesters were seen climbing barricades as security personnel tried to stop them. Women were also among those who protested.

Unfazed by the heavy security presence, the police fired water cannons as the farmers continued to move forward.
